    Ytterligare instruktioner (på engelska):
      • Coconut lands: To promote successful germination, start by soaking the fertilized coconut lozenges in 5 to 6 times their volume of water: they will instantly swell. Do not forget to keep a small portion to cover the seeds after sowing.
      • Sowing: Open the bag and pour the seeds into your hand. If they are too small, add sand to facilitate sowing. For sowing, sprinkle the seeds on moist but not compact coconut soil, 2 to 3 seeds maximum per pot. Save the remaining seeds for a later planting or to sow them directly in your garden or on your balcony when the weather is sunny. Gently cover the seeds with fertilized coconut soil and tamp lightly.
      • Watering: Ideally, use rainwater or filtered water (without chlorine). Prefer a fine rain watering, preferably with a hand spray, to keep the soil just wet, without clogging it with water, throughout the crop. Imagine the soil as a damp sponge, then wrung out. Do not let the coconut land dry.
      • Germination: Expose them to light behind a glass, without putting them on a radiator, to promote rapid and abundant germination. Alternatively, from April onwards, expose your balcony, window sill or terrace to the sun. Germination takes a few days for the basil and the plant grows quickly if it does not lack water.
      • Planting: When the seedlings emerge and reach 5 cm in height, leave only one plant per pot and transplant the others into new pots or planters. Be careful not to break the stems or roots when transplanting. Water to promote regrowth.
      • Harvest: Collect the largest leaves 3 months after planting by pinching the stems without pulling them.
      • Our tip: Make a tasty pesto with your homemade basil, which will serve as the basis for fresh pasta and delicious pesto soup. This is one of many recipes: A bunch of basil, a ripe tomato, 80 g pine nuts, olive oil, salt, pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, spoon of grated parmesan. Put everything in a blender, hop a few turns of blade and it’s ready. Settle in!
